Zaadz

I joined Zaadz in December, 2005. At this stage we counted some 500 people (correct me if I’m wrong) and things where still a little bit in chaos but already showing signals of good intention and hard work.

Almost five months later, I went to see the zaadzters page and realized that we are already 5.193 people in this wonderful community; you can almost see it grow! WOW!

When I look at our first page and I read through those interests that move our souls like, meditation, music, reading, most loved teachers and heroes where amongst others Buddha, Jesus, Ken Wilber, Eckhart Tolle, Ghandi, Nelson Mandela or Martin Luther King, I feel an indescribable joy. Our most voted goals also say a lot: Change the world, help others help themselves, meditate daily, and write a book or constant learning… I could list for hours! Wonderful! And it not only fills me with joy but also with a certain hope.

In the past decades the interest on global issues, the evolution of global consciousness and integral philosophy has grown a lot amongst people and here they are, joining together at zaadz, letting the world know what their good intentions are and attracting all those lost souls around the globe that were, like me about 3 years ago, feeling like aliens, lost and alone with their feelings and thoughts.

Now my question is: Is it possible to intentionally advance the evolution of global consciousness? Hm…good question… Well, anyway, I was often confronted with questions like: “What are you willing to achieve @ zaadz?”, I think that – like the story of the cocoon and the moth – we need to be patient, we will never be able to push whatsoever to accelerate conscious evolution but this doesn’t mean that we shouldn’t join our forces together, spread the zaadz wherever we can and invite those willing to participate to join in here.

And it goes without saying that we owe a lot to the thinkers and technicians behind the scene!
